Beijer Tech signed an agreement to acquire the assets in Uudenmaan Painehuolto Oy (“UPH”), a Finnish distributor and maintenance company.
UPH is a distributor and maintenance company offering compressed air equipment and related services to customers in the industrial sector in Finland. The company has solid experience within its field and is known for its high-quality and customer-oriented approach. UPH is headquartered in Vantaa and has annual revenue of approximately EUR 3.3 million, with good profitability.
The acquisition is in line with Beijer Alma’s model for value-adding acquisitions and Beijer Tech’s strategy of acquiring profitable companies in attractive niches with good growth potential and high value-add.
