Beijers is a specialist supplier of industrial products to the metal industry with a history of operations in Finland dating back to 1928. Our main focus is on serving metallurgical industry, foundry and engineering industries and aggregate and mining industries.
We represent the best high-class products in each of our clients’ fields. In addition to machinery and equipment, spare parts and raw materials, we also offer our customers technical advisory and consultation services. Beijers is an experienced field leader in the comprehensive provision of products and technical services for the metal industry.
We offer solutions in which expertise and products are combined in a way which creates value for the customer. The overall objective is to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the Nordic industries.

We are looking for companies
Acquiring companies is an important part of our growth strategy. We never buy companies in order to get a quick return but rather have an infinite investment horizon. In most cases we keep the company’s brands and work hard to maintain and develop the local culture that has been built by the previous owners.
We are looking for well managed companies with clear customer values, ideally with a strong market position in a specific market niche. Our companies are active within technology trading or manufacturing and target professional users (Business to Business). International market coverage, strong growth potential, or well diversified customer or supply bases are positive factors but not necessities.
We are interested in companies with revenues between EUR 2.5M and 10M+. Lately we have made a large number of acquisitions. In most cases, the founders and owners stay within Beijer Tech in new roles adapted to the needs and wishes of the companies and sellers.
